The Award is particularly suitable if you are new to the sector or wish to demonstrate and enhance your knowledge. It is equally relevant for those in associated industries or support roles
requiring an introduction to life and pensions.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
The Award comprises one compulsory unit and does not provide any credits on completion.

Additional information for Personal Lines units (PL1-PL4) and selected non-UK units
Enrolments include a digital course as well as study text and assessment entry. The digital course is an interactive course covering the content of the unit syllabus and includes lots of additional features over the study text, such as videos, animations, infographics, illustrations and self-test questions. This is available via RevisionMate and access is only available during your enrolment period (internet connection required; course can only be accessed using a web browser and not via the RevisionMate app).
Additional information for mixed assessment units
Coursework assignments - the coursework assignment is submitted online via Revisionmate. For mixed assessment units, study is based on an 18- month enrolment period from the date of purchase. A combination of a single coursework assignment must be passed within the first six months and an MCQ exam passed within 18 months.
