Claims Practice (M85) - Key Facts Booklet (Digital Only)

Summarising the key information contained in the study text, the pocket-sized Key facts booklet is perfect for studying when travelling to and from work or in situations when reading a study text is impractical.

The digital-only Key facts booklet product includes the latest edition of the Key facts booklet course (in digital format, delivered on RevisionMate).

Access to your M85 RevisionMate Key facts booklet course is available for 18 months from the date of purchase, after which you will not be able to access your materials on RevisionMate.

How will I access my course?
Instructions on accessing your course on RevisionMate will be sent to your registered email address. This is typically within two working days of your order being placed, but may be longer, particularly if payment is not made by credit/debit card.

Will I receive updates during my enrolment?
Any new editions of the Key facts booklet released during the 18-month period of your enrolment will be added as PDFs/ebooks to your RevisionMate course when they become available.

What are the benefits of using the ebook version of this product?
Using an ebook offers lots of flexibility. You can annotate and highlight important points and use the search function to locate key words or phrases. You could also use text-to-speech to have the book read aloud to you. Please note that availability of these features depends on the type of e-reader being used.

It’s important to read the ebook technical guidance on the CII website, where you can also download a sample chapter of a study text to test on your own devices/e-reader software.

Will I lose my Key facts booklet PDF/ebook at the end of my enrolment?
If you want to continue to access this material after your enrolment expires, you will need to ensure you download the PDF/ebook before the expiry date. Any PDFs/ebooks you have downloaded to your personal device/s will still be accessible, although they will not be updated and won’t be valid for future syllabuses.
